Marco Denis is a Christian author and real estate developer based in Springfield, Missouri. Born in Haiti, he came to the United States at age 19. He built his adult life in America through work, entrepreneurship, family responsibility, and a continuing belief that difficult chapters do not have to be the final chapters.

Before entering real estate, Marco owned four mobile-phone repair and resale stores. A 2021 Biz 417 profile reported that he sold those businesses and moved first into residential redevelopment and later into commercial property. That same reporting described Springfield as the city he calls home.

Marco's professional focus has included restoring existing properties, identifying possibilities in underused buildings, and organizing the people and resources needed to create more useful spaces. Biz 417 reported that he had restored more than 250 homes in Springfield and included him in its 2021 Biz 100.
